The Blend:
💜 Lavender - The Calm Anchor Soft and balancing, lavender helps calm a busy, overstimulated mind - creating calm space so you can focus.
🌱 Vetiver - The Grounding Hero Deep, earthy and smoky, vetiver is known as the oil of tranquillity and grounding. Traditionally used to help feel anchored, centred and calm when feeling overwhelmed or scattered. A favourite for grounding focus.
🍂 Patchouli - The Earthy Centrer Rich, earthy and musky-sweet, patchouli is traditionally used for grounding, centring and bringing a sense of calm clarity and presence.
🌿 Peppermint - The Clear & Awake Bright, fresh and minty, peppermint is known for helping to clear mental fog, promote alertness and bring fresh focus and clarity - lifting the deep earthy base.
Together they create a beautifully balanced grounding focus aroma - earthy, calm and fresh. Deep and woody with a bright minty lift. It smells like calm concentration.
How to use: Roll onto temples, back of neck and wrists when you need to feel grounded and focused. Perfect for study, work, homework time and moments of overwhelm. Take 3 slow, grounding breaths. For external use only.
