🌼 Chamomile - The Gentle Dreamer Sweet and apple-like, chamomile is famous for being ultra-gentle and calming - perfect for a soothing bedtime ritual.

🌲 Cedarwood - The Warm & Woody Warm, woody and comforting, cedarwood is traditionally used to help create a sense of calm, safety and relaxation - like being cosy in a wooden cabin.

🌱 Vetiver - The Grounding Sleep Deep, earthy and grounding, vetiver is known for helping to feel calm, anchored and settled - perfect for when little minds are buzzing at bedtime.

Together they create a gentle, sleepy bedtime aroma - soft floral with warm wood and earthy grounding. No sharp citrus to wake them up - just pure sleepy calm.

How to use: Part of your bedtime ritual. Roll onto wrists, behind ears and chest 20 minutes before bed. Take 3 slow sleepy breaths together. Can also be rolled onto pyjama collar or teddy (patch test fabric first). For external use only.
